Welcome Back to School!

Hello Juab High School! If you are a new freshman or you recently moved in, welcome! If you are a returning student, welcome back! We at the Clarion are so excited to be back in Mrs. Settle’s room typing away new content and letting you know about the goings-on here at JHS. As we get rolling in the new year, there are a few changes that you need to know about.

First things first, masks are no longer required! Can I get a “Hallelujah!” Masks are absolutely still accepted but they are no longer mandatory. Now for the bad news: we’re coming back to school on Fridays. Yeah, I know. It was so nice last year but we are officially back to a five day week. However, it was nice to have A days and B days on the same day of the week every time so the district decided to stick with that. This years schedule features an A day on Mondays and Wednesdays and a B day on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Friday will alternate every week; this first week will be an A day, next week will be a B day, and so on.

It’s always so exciting coming back to the first week of school, and this year is arguably the most exciting because it is going to be the first “normal” school year we’ve had for a while *knock on wood*. So grab your backpacks, charge your iPad, find your friends, and let’s get this party started!
