Marietta Flake is a new staff member on the Juab Clarion Newspaper who loves to write. She is a diligent student whose interests include History, English, and anything that teaches her new ideas about the world. She is involved in many clubs including; writing club, NHS, student government, and many more. She has a deep love for music as she plays piano, sings, and listens to music to help her rewind. Marietta is a student athlete on the varsity girls tennis team. Although she loves all her extracurricular activities, what Marietta loves most is spending time with her family and horses. Although she has only lived in Utah for a few years, she loves it here and considers it home, but also cherishes her upbringing in New York. She is excited to develop her skills as a student by writing articles for the Clarion!
