What’s the deal with the line?

I’m sure many of you have noticed the enormous line outside the counselors office. If you aren’t aware why, which is unlikely, since like 30% of the school was in line, then allow us to enlighten you.

The line is full of kids who have issues with their schedule, whether it’s a hole or a class they want switched around. We went downstairs and asked one student in the line their thoughts about it. They responded with, “It’s wild that so many kids need to change their schedule.”

Wild indeed, and a line outside the door of the counselors office has been there every time there is a new term, but never has it been so long. As of Thursday there is now a waiting list for those who need to meet with our counselors, so that they may go to their classes without losing their spot in line. So what’s the big deal? Why is the line so much bigger than it usually is? Something to think about?
