Juab High School Students Ready To Dominate FFA State Contest

FFA State Contest is the biggest FFA contest in Utah. FFA members from every chapter in the state will come and compete in their respective contests. Those students who do well at State Contest have a chance to compete in their contest at FFA Nationals.

This year’s FFA state contest will be held in Logan at Utah State University. There will be two days of competitions, April 26th and 27th. Members of our FFA chapter will leave after school on the 25th. The bus will take the competitors up to Logan.

Our chapter, the Mt. Nebo FFA chapter, will have teams competing in many competitions. Some of the competitions include: Livestock judging, horse evaluation, Floriculture, Nursery & Landscaping, Ag. Issues, Ag. Mechanics, etc. All of these teams have been preparing vigorously for this competition. Many of them wake up early to start practice at 7:00 am. Our Juab students are ready to do their best. Please make sure you cheer them on.
