CTE Showcase Give Students a Chance to Display Their Work

Juab High School is filled to the brim with creative, talented students. All year long students of every grade have been working in their respective projects to create something worth showing to others. All of them were given the chance to share those projects in Juab’s CTE showcase held on May 15, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.

All work was held in the Vocational building. Students in Woodshop and Welding classes created school woodwork and metalwork projects. In Mr.Burton’s classroom, students who completed SAE Posters got to display their work. Business and Engineering projects were displayed as well.

Students’ art pieces and photography work were displayed along the walls. Every piece was creative and unique, showcasing students’ effort perfectly. Photography awards went out for the categories of Best of 2023, Most creative, People’s choice, Fine art photo, and Honorable mentions. Many awards were given out to different art pieces, including best of show won by Vashti Coray’s watercolor and ink piece entitled Capitol. Among the art there were also Juab district and JHS purchases awards. Overall the CTE and art showcase was a beautiful success!
